Bulgaria: Christmas Cookies for a Good Cause
For Christmas 2020, cargo-partner in Bulgaria decided on a special gift for employees and customers: Christmas cookies prepared by the small “cookies workshop” in the town of Kazanlak. The project is organized by the local non-profit organization “Future for children” which works to support young people with special needs. The activities in the confectionery workshop give them the opportunity to build work habits such as diligence, concentration, responsibility and compliance with commitments.
Based on its belief that despite the challenges of 2020, the company must continue to help create a brighter future, cargo-partner decided to support the workshop with a donation. Dimcho Dimchev, Managing Director of cargo-partner in Bulgaria, explains: “We as cargo-partner feel a sense of responsibility toward our community. Our employees always warmly accept charitable initiatives and are actively involved. We count on everyone to help as much as they can.”
