The Austrian beverage producer all i need has reorganized its logistics processes with international transport and info-logistics provider cargo-partner. Inventory management is handled via the SPOT supply chain management platform.

all i need beverage GmbH produces an organic green tea beverage that is 100% sustainable and made exclusively from organic and fair trade certified products. The company, founded in 2010 and based in Vienna, Austria, was looking for a logistics partner to optimize all processes along the supply chain. In addition to transport, warehousing and value added services, all i need required an inventory management solution to ensure the efficient handling of production, order and delivery cycles.

Transport and logistics solutions for retail throughout Europe

all i need has been working with international transport and logistics provider cargo-partner since June 2016. The main warehouse of all i need is located in the cargo-partner logistics center in Fischamend, Austria. cargo-partner handles pre-carriage, storage and distribution to retailers, event locations and end customers in Austria, Germany, Switzerland and the Netherlands. The provided value added services include the assembly of point-of-sale displays. Since June 2016, cargo-partner has assembled over 300 sales display in retail outlets throughout Austria.

Efficient inventory management

In addition, all i need required an efficient and reliable system for its inventory management. The Visibility & Collaboration Platform SPOT, developed by cargo-partner, provided the ideal solution. all i need can access detailed information about current stock, turnover and expiry dates at any time via the SPOT platform.
